But in present, it is recommended in South-West (Neshrtiya Kon) or in the South. The directions and the angles in Vastu Shastra

• East - The direction of sunrise : Deity - Sun
• North - Towards the left side of East : Deity - Kuber
• West - Front of the East direction : Deity - Varun
• South – Front of North direction : Deity - Yamraj
• Ishan Kon - East-North corner : Deity - Shiva
• Agni Kon – East-South corner : Deity - Agni or Fire
• Vayavya Kon – North-West corner : Deity - Vaayu or Air
• Neshrty Kon - South-West corner : Deity - Pitar
• Center – Center of all directions : Deity - Brahma

House Vastu - Vastu for home and main gate

1. The main door of the house Vastu must be the big door to the rest of doors. A sound of the collapse in the entrance door invites sorrows and illness.

2. Make Doorstep on the main entrance gate so that flow of negative energy stops. Doorstep should be made with mango wood. Main entrance of the home Vastu should be facing East or North. Mean Sunrise rays can come from the main gate entrance.

3. Picture or statue of Lord Ganesha should be above the main door of the house Vastu, both inside and outside and in the middle of a door. Ganpati has nectar in his eyes and poverty in the back. Kitchen Vastu architectural Tips

1. A kitchen must be at Agni Kon (East-South) of the land. And the cooking stove or gas should be situated at Agni Kon of the kitchen.

2. Stove or Gas fire should not looked from the outside of a kitchen Vastu. Electronic equipment keeps towards South or East-South corner.

3. Kitchen Vaastu must not be situated in the North-East. North-East of kitchen accommodation should be managed for drinking water.

4. Room of worship must be not above the sink or cooking stove. Picture of Goddess Annapurna should be in the kitchen Vastu.

Vastu of Worship room - Prayer room Vastu

1. A prayer room is well known at the Ishan Kon (Northeast). Worship room Vastu is considered better if situated towards East or North.

2. The face of The God should be facing East or North direction in a prayer room Vastu. Broken idol or picture must be never situated in the Vastu of worship room.

3. Prayer room must be avoided on the first floor, in the basement, before the main entrance, on the terrace, in the master bedroom, under or upon the toilet.

4. If you want to worship any idol, does not the distinguished life of an idol. And the statue or idol should be no longer than two inches or thumb.

5. In the worship room, keep a place for own totem or deity. Load of goods should be avoided on the roof of worship room Vastu.

Room Vastu - Master Room Vaastu Tips

1. According to Vaastu Shastra, the room of household person must in Neshrtay Kon. The head of household’s should be at Neshrtay Kon (Southwest angel), makes him the chief authority of the home.

2. Other rooms should be situated at the North or East or North-west angle (Vayavya Kon) in the house. North-East direction should be avoided for room Vastu.

3. During the sleeping head must be towards South or East and legs must be in North or West on the bed. Do not place any mirror before the bed.

4. Keep the clothes closet or dressing wardrobe in Neshrtay Kon (South-West corner). Keep wardrobe facing towards the North direction which is the direction of Kuber, who said to be the god of prosperity.

5. Do not make worship room or place any picture of God in the master bedroom or children room Vaastu, but the placing of a picture of Lord Krishna and Radha (as a love symbol) is allowed.

6. Neshrty Kon must be heavy then Ishan Kon. Therefore, heavy wardrobe should be situated in the Neshrtey of the room Vastu.

7. There should be not any iron beam above the closet or bed. Alternatively, place the pictures or stickers of Lord Ganesha (for nectar vision) on both sides of the beam whose face towards the floor.

Storage under-ground tank and overhead tank Vaastu

1. The underground tank should be placed at the northeast angle besides any other angle.

2. Overhead tank should be placed in Neshrty Kon (for weight) or placed a small tank at the northeast angle.

Architectural Vastu Remedies - Vastu Tips

1. Land should be square or rectangular. And all corners of the land must be at 90 degrees. If the land has skewness than Vastu Purush considered skewed. And every deity of every direction and angle considered curve. Due to the curvature of the curved deity, deity’s vision also considers curve (angry).
